Having people on site organizing workshops and trainings is invaluable to me. I offer Local Organizers free tuition to the event as well as a negotiated percentage of the profit if the workshop. I will cover agreed-upon, pre-workshop expenses.

Responsibilities include local promotion and pre-registration, making arrangements for venue and supplies, and serving as registrar and facilities manager at the event. Should the workshop be a team event and the LO serves on the team, they also have additional responsibilities as well as benefits.
